These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of homegroundpros.com, operated by Melvin Strandberg ("HomeGround Pros," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
HomeGround Pros is a referral and lead generation service. We connect homeowners and businesses with local independent contractors who may be available for their driveway, patio, concrete, paving or groundwork project. We do not perform any construction work ourselves, and we do not give quotes, estimates or prices.
2. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a contractor is available in your area, that you will be contacted, or that any project will be completed. Submitting your project is free and creates no obligation on your part.
3. Contractors are independent
Contractors we connect you with are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We are not responsible for their work, conduct, prices, timelines or any agreement you make with them. Any quote, contract, payment or warranty is strictly between you and the contractor. Please do your own due diligence — including checking licensing and insurance — before hiring anyone.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information, to submit projects only for property you own or are authorized to arrange work on, and not to misuse the site or submit false, fraudulent or unlawful information.
5. Free for homeowners and businesses
Submitting a project is free. Contractors who receive leads do so under a separate agreement with us.
6. Intellectual property
The HomeGround Pros name, logo and website content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
7. Disclaimer
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeGround Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work performed by, or an agreement with, a contractor.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
